Payment, Invoicing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

General

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) belongs to Auditedge Technologies Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at ( “Company” or “We” or “us” or “our”).

This Policy sets forth the terms of payment, invoicing, cancellation and refund terms offered by Company to its the customer(s) (i.e., individuals or business entities/organizations who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act,1872) (hereinafter individually referred to as “Customer” and collectively as “Customers”), utilizes our Platform (as defined below) for availing service as mention under Clause 2.1 of General Terms and Condition of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).

This Policy shall be read along with the General Terms and Conditions available at (“GT&C”).

The “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms indicates when the most recent modifications were made to the Terms. In the event we modify these Terms, by continuing to access and use the Platform, you will have confirmed your acceptance to any such modifications. Your continued use will be adequate proof that you have expressly agreed to the terms of these Terms which shall apply from the date of your first use of the Platform.

By accessing the Platform and/or availing our Services, the Customer hereby agrees and consents to the terms of this Policy.

The Company and the Customer are hereinafter individually referred to as the “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.

Invoicing and Payment:

Prepaid Service: The Company operates as a prepaid service. Subscription Service is based on the purchase of a package of “number of files” that the user subscribes to on Platform/ITR Platform. For One Time Service, such as DIY Fling and Assisted Filings invoice are generated once payment is made.

Payment Due Date: Payments for subscriptions must be made before accessing the package of files. For one-time services, payment is due at the time of purchase.

Service Suspension: If invoices are not cleared, the Company reserves the right to limit or stop access to the platform and services.

Erroneous Payments:

Reporting Issues: In case of erroneous payments, such as excess payments or incorrect amounts, contact our support team at support@mytaxclub.in or your designated Account Manager.

Resolution Timeline: The support or account management team will endeavour to resolve the issue within ( 3 (three) working days) of complaint receipt.

Cancellation

DIY Filing: Cancellations and refunds are not permitted once the service has been purchased.

Assisted Filing: Cancellations and refunds are not permitted once the service has been purchased.

Subscription Model for Tax Professionals:

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, <<>> month notice is required for cancelling engagements.Services will be discontinued at the end of the notice period. To cancel your subscription-based service, contact our customer support team at support@mytaxclub.in.

A Cancellation fee will be charged and will be calculated based on the package of “number of file” subscribed. .

Notwithstanding anything stated herein, the Company shall have the sole discretion to accept/reject any cancellation request received from the Customer. Upon receipt of a cancellation request, the Company will review the circumstances and determine eligibility for a refund. Before granting a cancellation on the requested Services, the Company may also require that the Customer furnish proof of payment details and any other information as may be reasonably required by the Company. In such cases, the Customer will be required to follow the Company’s procedures for obtaining the cancellation.

Refund

Refunds are not available for partially used services, initiated filings, or completed services.

Refund will only be initiated after a formal notice for cancellation and refund has been sent to our team at support@mytaxclub.in.

In cases where a refund has been issued, after deducting the cancellation fee, it will be processed within 7 (seven) working days from the approval of refund.t. Note that after processing refunds, delays may occur due to payment gateways, banks, and other financial infrastructure, which may impact the timing of the remitted amount to your bank account.

Refund requests must be submitted to our team at support@mytaxclub.in

Notwithstanding anything stated in above sub-clauses 5.1 to 5.4 above, in the event that the Service request is cancelled by the Company on the ground of breach of terms or use or privacy policy or terms mentioned herein or any other cause which company is of opinion that such act is detrimental to the company, the Customer shall not be entitled to any refund, of any manner whatsoever, from the Company.

Severability
In the event that any of the terms, conditions or provisions of this Policy are determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, to such an extent, such terms, conditions or provisions shall be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions and such remaining terms, conditions and provisions shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law, provided however if such invalid, unlawful or unenforceable terms, conditions or provisions may be made legal, valid and enforceable by limitation or modification thereof, then the term, condition or provision shall be revised and reformed to make it legal, valid and enforceable to the maximum extent provided by law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In all respects, this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters relating to this Policy.
Entire Understanding
This Policy, along with the General T&C, constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Customer in relation to the terms of cancellation of service orders and refund of service fees.
No Implied Waiver
Failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right under this Policy upon one or more occasions shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise or enforce the same or any other right on another occasion.
Grievance Redressal

If there are any complaints or issues with regards to terms specified in this Policy, please contact us at support@mytaxclub.in. We will make every effort to resolve Customer’s issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

If the Customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Company, the same may be escalated to Our Grievance Officer, Mr. Abhinesh Paralapalli at abhinesh@mytaxclub.in. Our Grievance Officer will review the issue and work with the Customer to find a resolution.

Acceptance
Customer hereby agrees to have read and understood this Policy and agrees that Customer’s written acceptance or commencement of any work or services under this Policy shall constitute Customer’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Policy.
